Several of our 2009 Board members resigned on January 16th ,2010. The resignations were accepted and entered into the official AHSA Board minutes.

There were several persons attending the meeting and validate the resignations. Since then some members have received intimidating phone calls from resigned board member.

Please contact us if this occurs to you. If you have sent any monies to Charlene Dye at 126 Shaw St Lebanon VA, this is a false address for AHSA and we will assist you in receiving a full refund.

Copies of our board minutes are available upon request.

We wish them well. All actions taken, contracts signed and all information, forms presented by publication, phone, email, or postal mail from the resigned board members after their resignations on January 16th 2010,do not legally represent the Appalachian Horse Show Association Inc. in any manner. Any monies for official 2010 AHSA memberships to qualify for AHSA points or show Affiliations must be paid to AHSA and mailed to the correct address on our membership forms to be mailed to :
