The July 26, 2008 Southwest Virginia Saddle Club Horse Show has been
cancelled. The next Southwest Virginia Saddle Club show will be on
August 23.
ATTENTION EXHIBITORS
A new class has been added:
DIVISION 7 - CLASS 72A -OPEN KEG SHOD PLEASURE
(All breeds, keg shod, no clips, borium, bands or artificial devices, no canter, 2 gaits)
If you are currently nominated in Class 72, you can move your nomination to Class 72A.
Here’s how it works:
Exhibitors will show in Open Keg Shod Pleasure when the class is offered.
Exhibitors will show in Open Country Pleasure when Open Keg Shod is not offered.
Exhibitors can show in both classes when offered at the same show, however,
points will only be counted in the Open Keg Shod class.
If you haven’t joined or nominated in the Country Pleasure Class,
NOW is the time for you to get on board.
Go to the Information Tab and print the Membership & Nomination Forms.
Call or Email the board we will mail forms.
NEW RULE FOR 2008
A new rule was adopted last year that states:
New Rule: "It is each member’s responsibility to be aware of and follow the rules of AHSA; if any member/members violates any AHSA rule at an affiliated AHSA show the member/members involved forfeits all points for all entries for that entire show." First violation: Lose points and receive a written warning. Second violation: Name will be posted on the AHSA website. Third Violation: Revocation of AHSA membership.
Please be aware of the AHSA rules and follow them.
